EXAMPLE ITEM ENTRY: (for an item properly listed in 12 months)
BRAND: OshKosh, 12-18m, fleece sleeper,
DESCRIPTION: purple narwhals, NWT
Reads on storefront as: OshKosh, 12-18m, fleece sleeper, purple narwhals, NWT 12 months
(The ’12 months’ listed at the end of the description that was not typed is an auto-population of the size selected. This is why the specific size should be typed directly after the brand and not at the end of the description.)
The Basics of Item Photos:
Current. Take a photo of the item on hand, in its current condition.
Lighting. Use a well-lit area or room with natural lighting.
Contrasting background. Use an opposite color background to make your items stand out.
Wipe Lens. For image clarity.
Image Frame. Only the item being sold should appear in the frame of the image.
Orientation. Portrait appears best. Make sure images are not showing sideways in your seller account.
Cropping Images. Avoid cropping. Cropped images appear smaller on the storefront. Move closer to the object so the item fits the entire frame of the image.
Collages. When used, limit to two photos, fit to the edges with plain borders.
Object Placement. Set objects on a surface to take photos. (Don’t hold the item.)
What NOT to do when adding photos:
Don’t hold items to take the photo.
ROTATE sideways images before you upload it. If it appears sideways in the seller account, it will be sideways on the storefront.
Don’t place rulers or objects of reference in the photo.
Don’t crop the photo before uploading; it appears tiny in the storefront.
Don’t use stock photos unless the box has not been opened, or it is added as an additional photo for reference.
Don’t add text or post it notes to the photo, especially prices.
Keep it simple; don’t bedazzle the image. Decorative photos do not attract attention to the item on mobile device.
Keep all hands, arms, and feet out of the photo….no rulers, objects for reference, or hands should be in the frame of the photo.
Don’t photograph multiple different listings within one photo. Take a new photo for each of the items, even if there are multiples.
Items not meeting the photograph criteria will be removed from the storefront. If time allows, a Team member will reach out and request corrections via email.
Listed below are items that require information to be typed into the Brand/Description fields.

Our policy is “ALL SALES FINAL” unless one of the following three things occurs:
Your item is stained, has a hole in it, smells of smoke, mildew, mothballs or has pet hair on it.
Your item is damaged or not working.
Your item was clearly mis-represented in the item info area available to shoppers.
If we refund one of your items this amount will be taken out of your total sales and the item will be donated.
Please understand that regardless of the number of items you sell, you need to bring them. The items have already been sold and therefore need to be brought during a drop-off day.
Park in the parking lot and come inside. Start at the Check-In desk.
Unload your items
A team member will scan in the items you sold and brought with you. This helps make sure all the items are there.
Once you’ve checked in, you can start dropping your items in the appropriate order bags.
Way to go!!!
Once the sale is over, we will send you a report with your sold items. Once you receive this report, you can print your sold tags and start preparing your items.
Clothing items will need to be rolled up neatly and the tag placed under the elastic or rubber band. For toys and bigger items, you can tape the tag or use painters tape for books, puzzles and games.
Toys or any other items that have pieces will need to be secured and place the tag on the item.
Anything that requires a battery must have a battery in it. We need to be able to show shoppers that an item works when they pick it up. If batteries are not included, we will assume it doesn’t work and we will refund the shopper for the purchase.
Yes, each listing (item) needs one photo. Due to server constraints, we cannot do extra photos.
